Tukeni Obasi is a joint JD/MPA student at Columbia Law School and Harvard Kennedy School. Before graduate school, she worked in the agricultural sector in her home country, Nigeria, and for a social services organization in Canada. She is also keenly interested in teaching, school leadership, and education policy reform and has taught or tutored primary, secondary, and post-secondary students – including adult learners – in Nigeria, Ghana, the Gambia, Canada, the Dominican Republic, and the United States. In her free time, she enjoys watching Nollywood movies, traveling, reading fiction, and singing karaoke. Tukeni holds a BA in political science from McGill University.
