Peter Brooks is a Masters in Public Policy-Masters in Business Administration joint degree student at Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School and a Center for Public Leadership Zuckerman Fellow. Peter researches the role that public and private forces play in preventing international disputes over fresh water scarcity. Prior to Harvard, Peter researched drinking water policy as a Fulbright Scholar in Rajasthan, India. Before living in India, Peter served for four years in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry officer, deploying twice to Al Anbar, Iraq between 2007 and 2009. Peter graduated from Harvard College in 2006 where he was commander of the Navy ROTC and a member of two national champion heavyweight rowing teams. His far more interesting and talented wife, artist and writer Lily Stockman, is an Adjunct Professor of Studio Art at New York University.
