Nicholas is an MPP candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School (and a concurrent MD candidate at the Yale School of Medicine). Prior to the Kennedy School, Nicholas conducted health policy research at the Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation at Yale focusing on the interplay between environment, hospital financial performance, and patient care. After finishing school, Nicholas is interested in improving systems of health care delivery both domestically and internationally. Nicholas graduated with BS and BA degrees from Texas Tech University majoring in the biochemistry and psychology. Originally from the Great Plains area of the US, Nicholas spends his time thinking about how to bridge the divide between rural and urban America.
