Marissa Palmor, HMS

Marissa Palmor is a second-year student at Harvard Medical School with an interest in working at the intersections of medicine, health policy, and ethics. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she graduated from Brown University with a degree in Human Biology, and received her Master of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania. Through her undergraduate and graduate education, Marissa’s research and work has spanned the lifespan from conception to the end of life—from projects on access to assisted reproductive technologies to a quality improvement analysis of primary care physicians’ training in palliative care competencies.
