Lynn Fine

Fine_Lynne Lynn is a 2013 candidate for a Master’s degree in Public Policy
at the Harvard Kennedy School, with a focus on governance in developing countries. Prior to coming to the Kennedy School, Lynn lived in Argentina for over five years coordinating the International Cooperation department for CIPPEC, a non-profit think tank that conducts evidence-based public policy research to reform the Argentine state. She continued her work in Argentina as a consultant for the World Bank, where she took part in formulating the Bank’s upcoming lending strategy in Argentina. She also has experience with youth leadership and community based development projects in Nicaragua, Bolivia, Costa Rica and Uruguay for the non-profit Amigos de las Americas.
