Mr. Rosenthal joined Saybrook shortly after its inception in 1990. He brings 28 years of experience in complex financings and restructurings as an advisor, operator and investor on the behalf of financial institutions, bondholders, private equity investors and on his own account in public and private enterprises. Mr. RosenthaI currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Accretive Solutions, a national finance and IT consultancy and outsourcing firm with with 12 U.S offices. He has also been appointed as Co-Chair of the Turn Around Management Association’s 2012 Distressed Investing Conference, the largest industry event of its kind, bringing together investors, lenders, advisors and operating professionals to explore the opportunities in special situations investing. While head of Saybrook’s Restructuring Advisory Group from 1991 to 2006, Mr. Rosenthal was involved in dozens of workout situations and has had leadership roles in some of the largest and most complex restructurings in history, including Pacific Gas and Electric, Kmart, and United Airlines. Prior to joining Saybrook in 1990, he founded and served as chairman and CEO of NetAir International Corporation, which became one of the nation’s largest non-scheduled certificated carrier. Mr. Rosenthal received a BA from California State University, Northridge and a JD from Southwestern University. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of HGSLI.
