Jing is a Masters in Architecture candidate at the Graduate School of Design. She is passionate about the built environment, and is interested in the roles that design, finance, planning and policy play in shaping it. As an intern architect, she has worked and lived in Berlin, Mexico City and Guangzhou, working on a variety of project types and sizes, ranging from large-scale masterplans to small interior spaces. Additionally, she spent a summer at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, analyzing economic and demographic data to explore economic development opportunities in various neighborhoods. Jing holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Swarthmore College, where she studied art history and minored in engineering.
