Jeremy Doochin

Jeremy DoochinJeremy has nearly 10 years of experience in the environmental / energy space. Jeremy started his career in environmental grassroots organizing, mobilizing hundreds of young people to take action across Tennessee. His record of building coalitions and starting nonprofits, led him to be the youngest member ever elected by national election to the Sierra Club National Board of Directors. For 3 years, along with 14 others, he set strategy and policy for 1.4 million members and supporters and over 500 staff, directly allocated an $80 million budget on the Finance Committee, and served as VP of Visibility and Outreach, leading the Club’s marketing arm. He also served as a Special Adviser to Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy at the U.S. Department of Energy and consulted on the execution of $14B in stimulus spending alongside the Recovery Act Team.¬†Jeremy¬†now serves as President and co-founder of U.S. Green Data, an energy data company that provides incentive information that can save companies millions in green retrofits.
