Jennifer Gottesfeld most recently lived in Sierra Leone where she served as National Ebola Survivor and Social Protection Program Manager for Partners In Health. In 2016, she deferred acceptance to the MPP program to help Sierra Leone implement its Ebola Recovery program. Prior to her work with PIH, Jennifer worked in CRS at Goldman Sachs. Previously, Jennifer was Senior Program Manager for Global Health Corps. Prior to joining the staff there, Jennifer was a Global Health Corps fellow working for Baylor International Pediatric AIDS Initiative in Malawi. While in Malawi, she started Teen Support Line, an NGO that now provides services to thousands of adolescents living with HIV across the country. She graduated cum laude from UCLA with a degree in Anthropology. Originally from Los Angeles, Jennifer has, over the past decade, worked on public health initiatives across Western, Eastern and Southern Africa and Israel. Jennifer is also currently a Truman National Security Fellow and serves as an advisor for their global health advocacy.
