Jakub Florkiewicz is an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School (Class of 2018). As an enthusiast and propagator of innovation in the public sector, he worked, among others, at: Holy See (Vatican), Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of State Treasury and Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland. He was also a senior consultant at McKinsey&Company and supported a technology transfer program at European Space Agency. Jakub has founded a number of initiatives: the first Vatican Hackathon, Harvard-Vatican Leadership Summit, Emerging Markets Business Summit, Chinese-European Partnership for Development, an NGO and a think tank. At Harvard, Jakub serves as the president of the Government and Public Policy Club, as well as the Family Business Club. During his career, he authored over 30 articles for The Economist, Forbes and Bloomberg BusinessWeek.
