David Carvel is a second-year student at the Harvard Business School (HBS). Before arriving at HBS, David worked in marketing for IDEXX Laboratories, a veterinary healthcare company. During his time at IDEXX he helped develop and commercialize a new technology product in US. After overseeing the product’s rollout in North America, he traveled to IDEXX’s international offices launching the product globally. This past summer, David interned at Anheuser-Busch InBev, the leading global brewer. His work on the Bud Light brand was a great opportunity to gain experience marketing a billion-dollar, direct-to-consumer brand. After HBS, David plans to return to the healthcare industry—this time on the human side.
