Brooke is a candidate for a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School. She has focused her studies on the influence of religion in public life and international relations in preparation for a diplomacy career as a U.S. foreign service officer. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Brooke graduated from Carleton College with a BA in Political Science. She subsequently worked for the State Department, writing analysis of foreign opinion and running public diplomacy programming for the U.S. Embassy in Senegal. During this her time at Harvard, she has worked for a nonprofit in Charlestown managing professional development workshops. In her spare time, Brooke enjoys reading The Onion, singing, baking specialty cupcakes, and dreaming of adopting a puppy.
