Sepehr discovered his interest in oral health while volunteering for pro bono mobile clinics (e.g. CDA CARES Clinics) across California, where he saw the significant impact that can be made by organized dentistry and interdisciplinary care. After graduating from University of California, at Davis, with a degree in Genomics, he is continuing his education at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Midway through his doctoral training, Sepehr is currently doing full time translational genomics research with emphasis on understanding head and neck cancers and treatment complications. His hobbies include making/discovering new music, sketching, and long walks at the beach.
